All packages above require half down to secure the date of the event, the remainder of the balance due thirty days prior to the event plus a refundable damage deposit of $500.
All packages include: 100 pounds of ice for the event (additional bags $3) trash bags plus removal, 200 white chairs, 8 picnic tables, 23 wagon wheel bar tables plus 92 bar stools, cowhide rugs, two sound systems and big screen tv with satellite available, twelve 6' white round tables, 2- 6' white folding tables, 4-8' white folding tables, 1- 10' white folding table, numerous whiskey barrels and outdoor doors, old windows and misc decorations available. All clients will also have access to the ranch for engagement photos.
